Yet another road accident video has recently gone viral on Weibo, this time with netizens praising the miraculous rescue efforts of a group of good samaritans.
In a video clip posted to the web over the weekend, a van can be seen running into a woman as she crosses the street. She is then stuck underneath the vehicle and disappears from view. After the driver of the van pulls aside to assess the situation, many witnesses and two taxi drivers can be seen running over to help the woman out. All in all, about a dozen citizens come to the rescue, and can be seen working together to lift up the van and pull the woman out from underneath. The swift rescue takes only 48 seconds from start to finish, before the woman is driven away to the hospital.
According to the CCTV's official Weibo account, the accident took place in a town in Anhui province. The woman reportedly only suffered bruises and is now in a stable condition.
