Beijing’s anti-graft campaign has set its sights on a former president of the Guangzhou Airport Authority (GAA).

Liu Zijing is currently under investigation for “suspected grave disciplinary violations,” according to China’s anti-graft watchdog.

No specifics of the investigation were released in the brief statement published online by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

The GAA is the father organization to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co.

This inquiry is the latest in a long string of anti-graft investigations, so far this year 26 government-owned firms have been targeted for examination, according to Reuters.
