QUIZ: Which Chinese City Should You Actually Live in?

Are you more 'Hai or 'Jing? Maybe you've got a little Konger in you, or perhaps you like to split hairs about the 'Bei or the 'Pei.

There sure are a lot of Chinese cities out there - and it's not exactly easy to figure out which million-plus metropolis to call your own. That's why, with a tip of the hat to Buzzfeed, we've devised this helpful quiz to help you find the city just right for you.

As Buzzfeed says, "Just because you were born somewhere doesn't mean you belong there." We'd just make the slight change to "Just because you've registered with the local authorities to stay in one city, doesn't mean you belong there."

Next time, perhaps we'll expand the number of questions and cover all of the 3rd and 4th tier cities throughout the country. We'll just have to think of some more obscure stereotypes first.

(PS: Whether Taipei is a "Chinese city" is a different question than whether or not it's part of the PRC. Just enjoy the quiz.)
