The Sautéed Mixes Spring is a tribute to Beijing’s culinary heritage; this stir-fry unites spring chives, bamboo shoots, Chinese toon sprouts, and black vinegar-glazed char siu. Served with delicate spring pancakes for wrapping, it captures the season’s fleeting brilliance.

Try the Roasted Jumbo Tiger Prawn (3pcs) in their Homemade Spicy Butter.  These plump Vietnamese tiger prawns (6-8 per pound) are bathed in house-blended spiced butter before being roasted at high heat.
