Calling all aspiring boxers! Get your heart rate up and roll with the punches with a fun intro kickboxing class at G.O.A.T. on Friday, October 16.

The trendy studio has several classes available for all kinds of boxers, but we’re giving away spots to the beginner-friendly ‘Let’s G.O.A.T.’ class at 6.45pm. A blend of boxing, strength training and HIIT set to lively beats, the slow-paced class will give you all the basics and will be easy to follow – though, you’ll definitely work up a sweat!
