Oct 12: Giro d’Italia
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in the PRC and the Italian Cultural Institute, is hosting the third edition of Giro d’Italia this Saturday, offering an Italian experience with entertaining cultural activities, as well as showcasing Italian art through film, documentary and concert. Register for the event by scanning the QR code in the poster, and bring ID along with the registration confirmation for free entry.

Oct 13: Shining Dimensions Vol. 9 ‘International Cassette Store Day Edition’
This Sunday, Shining Dimensions puts on another night of music, art and performances themed around International Cassette Store Day. There will be plenty of cassette tapes on sale at the event, courtesy of Beijing’s own nugget records, Jingweir and Daftpop Sounds. There will be live music from audio-visual duo Guiguisuisui and composer Wen Liang, an illustration session by Shui Wong and Nan Guazi, a dance performance by Emily Wong and more.

Oct 13: Antiques Market @ El Nido
El Nido brings back nostalgic feelings with throwback toys and vintage goods at their antiques market this Sunday. Offerings also include jewelry made from old bullet shell cases, remains of genocides in Cambodia. Made and collected by the locals, they have become a source of income, turning negative energy into positive support. Come rummage through all the treasures this Sunday afternoon and stay for the live DJs, beer and tacos.
