Nov 16: Cheese Fondue Craze

Get ready to get cheesy this Friday night with Zarah's three-hour all-you-can-eat Fondue Craze buffet. They'll have a selection of free-flow appetizers such as different kinds of bruschetta, salads and various popular fondue dippers, along with some cold cuts and sausages. There will also be homemade desserts and live DJs to will keep the party going all night!

Nov 16: Vibronics and Kuranaka 1945

Long time associates and collaborators from opposite ends of the globe team up for Dada's dub reggae party this Friday. Stop by to see Kuranaka 1945, a techno revolutionary from Japan's underground, and Vibronics, the artist at the forefront of the UK dub scene. Missed the show? Catch up with Vibronics at a music producer workshop hosted at Floso Shop (next to Dada) on Saturday at 4pm.

Nov 16-18: CBAC Craft Beer Festival

CBAC stands for the Craft Brewer’s Association of China, the exclusive club that includes only Chinese beer producers, with zero ownership by commercial brands. As the Chinese craft beer market keeps growing at a fast pace, CBAC is holding its first-ever beer festival, where the crème de la crème of Chinese brewers will get together to meet the public and celebrate with some frothy brews. So, grab your complimentary sampling glass and learn everything about this exciting new world of Chinese craft beers.

Nov 17: MaovemBEER @ Arrow Factory Brewing

Drink for a good cause this weekend at Arrow Factory Brewing, where they'll be hosting an event to raise money for The Library Project and Bread of life. Every RMB5 from each beer sold will be donated. They'll also be holding lucky draw with each ticket priced at RMB20.

Nov 17: Rrose

Konekt Asia is bringing techno DJ and producer Rrose (not a typo) to Lantern on Saturday night. The artist behind the moniker was inspired to create this ambiguous DJ character by Marcel Duchamp, the French-American painter who constructed a feminine alter ego named Rrose Sélavy. Don't miss out on her entrancing modern techno this weekend.

Nov 17: Four Tet

Experimental musician and producer Four Tet is bringing his lush eclectic mixes to Omni Space on Saturday night. Hailing from England, the electronica artist has been an influential beatmaker since 1998, when he released his first work as Four Tet – a 36-minute and 25 second song titled 'Thirtysixtwentyfive.' The avant-garde electro whizz is known for slow-building, synth-riddled hits like 'Parallel Jalebi' from his celebrated 2013 release Beautiful Rewind and 'Two Thousand and Seventeen,' a hypnotic track from his most recent album New Energy, which debuted last year.

Nov 17 & 18: WR/OC Music Festival

Another festival lands in Beijing this weekend and this one boasts an unexpected headliner – US hardcore rap talent Machine Gun Kelly. With a slew of other international and local hip-hop acts rounding out the lineup, you won't want to miss this wild two-day music event.
