Wine and food lovers, this one's for you. Wine & The City is hosting yet another wine-and-food-filled dinner. This time around Alojz Felix Jermann, the son of one of Italy's most iconic winemakers, will co-host a special dinner at Opera Bombana. Tickets are available now.
Along with Wine & The City, Felix will go through some of the most well-known Jermann wines and pair them with a special menu made for the occasion by Opera Bombana. Dishes will include Australian Rabbit with Roasted Potatoes, Veal Tripe with Polenta, Traditional Friuli Soup and so much more.
Felix's father Silvio Jermann has made Italian wine history, especially when it comes to white wines like the Vintage Tunina and Dreams. Heir to a traditional Friulian winery dating back to 1881, Silvio graduated from two renowned wine academies, Conegliano and Istituto di San Michele. When he returned to his family's winery, Silvio inaugurated a new era not only for Jermann but for white vinification in Italy.
Since then, Jermann wines have become known for their purity, depth of flavor and richness. Jermann’s W Dreams is arguably the most iconic Chardonnay from Italy. And yes, it's on the menu!
