Sep 19: NHL China Games

Professional ice hockey is returning to China this week, as the National Hockey League (NHL) brings the Boston Bruins and Calgary Flames to Beijing. The teams will first take to the ice at the Cadillac Arena this Wednesday, September 19. This year’s ‘China Games’ are the NHL’s second trip to the Middle Kingdom, after two successful matches between the Vancouver Canucks and LA Kings last year in Shanghai and Beijing.

The badass pop powerhouse recently announced a Beijing stop on her Asia tour this month, in support of her most recent release Rainbow. Her wildly succesful debut album Animal in 2009, studded with top-charting singles like 'TiK ToK,' thrust Kesha into the spotlight and her third release Warrior in 2012 solidifed her as a glam pop icon.
