Scene & Heard: Betame Fitness

So many gyms, so little time. But Betame Fitness is more than a gym and definitely worth your time: it’s a transformation center. At least that’s what it calls itself. To be fair, the center’s founder Leon claims he lost 8kg in one month – if that’s not a transformation, we don’t know what is. Betame focuses on individualized personal training and we can confirm that all of the trainers are professional and friendly. The space boasts CBD views – a sleek background when you’re feeling anything but – while the facilities include a sauna, showers, yoga room, cafe and massage chair. Classes are priced competitively (RMB100- 380 per class), while subscriptions are monthly.
