Often in the capital, pasta is overcooked, soft and usually bland. Thankfully, that is not the case at Lincey, in Chaowai SOHO, where the linguine alla pescatora con vino bianco (RMB88) is cooked superbly, balanced with chili and white wine sauce. And the gnocchi alla ragu di famiglia (RMB88) is an excellent sharer. Wash down with a Negroni (RMB48) and finish off with the tiramisu (RMB45).
