On Saturday 4th December, our most inspiring Taozi teacher Biljana will be leading you through a strong practice, where the focus will be on connecting each breath with your movement, deeply uniting the body and mind. The class is designed for all levels and will help you relieve stress and connect you with your authentic self in a way that brings more ease and vitality to every day. Expect a lot of “Dog”-postures, some challenges but most of all expect some fun!

All raised funds from this event will go to the animal shelter which is located at the outskirts or Beijing. Many rescued dogs there escaped meat trackers, were taken from the streets or released from breeding farms.

We will prepare a surprise for you: special Taozi Tree bag with lovely dog yogis on it.  Perfect gift for yourself or your friends!

Please take your mat with you and your puppy if you think yoga class works well for him/her!
