If you were waiting for a sign to start practicing yoga 一 it is your chance! This special class series is designed for everybody and every BODY! Each class is 75-minute vinyasa flow session particularly suited to people who are new to yoga or who want to dig a little deeper. You will learn yoga basics, get introduced to the poses, and even learn some about the underlying principles of yoga, breath, and mindfulness. It is never too late to start your yoga practice!
