Italian family restaurant Via Roma will launch its new a la carte menu in June 2021.
Crafted by hotel executive sous chef Milan Cotra. Italian food enthusiasts will delight in the fresh pasta made daily, handmade stone oven pizza and authentic Italian gourmet including Grilled lobster accompanied by black quinoa and Via Roma Ossobuco with saffron risotto.
