We welcome you to think of this as a book club unlike any you've experienced before with practical guidance on how to access and experience a connection to your deepest self.
In this 6-week, 15hr course participants will read through the text The Bhagavad Gita by Eknath Easwaran, and together we will move through chapter by chapter, touching on the most important and applicable verses. Each week we will also meditate and find opportunities for self-reflection and personal practice.

Theresa 桃子老师 is Founder of Taozi Tree Yoga. In Beijing, she is well known for establishing the city’s most thriving yoga community through Yoga in the Park and the seasonal 200HR Yoga Teacher Trainings she leads. She is a 500 E-RYT and has been teaching, and continuously studying for over a decade.
