In this workshop, we'll explore which foods, herbal tonic teas, exercises, and visualizations can be used to increase resistance to disease in the spring and set us up for a healthy year. We'll also look at common Spring ailments and how to recognize and address them with simple, safe home remedies.
Together, we'll make and enjoy a spring meal including juices such as hawthorn and job’s tears, and spring tea combinations. A dozen herbs that are helpful for spring or liver health will be explained and brewed. You'll even receive samples to take home! At the end of class, we'll get a chance to recline into a meditation with wood-phase music.
