SO WHAT IS A HIGHBALL?

The Highball is not your average whiskey soda. This is a cocktail made with a fastidious attention to detail, zen-like focus and highest quality ingredients.

In Superfly, our highballs are made following this code:



 We use block ice which have been carved into perfect cubes

 We stir it in a glass until frost appears and pour out any excess of water

 Then the ice is ready for the spirit

 We stir 13 times precisely before topping with soda water or tonic

 The result is more art than cocktails.


Now you can enjoy two for one on any highballs on every Thursday 12PM – close.
