A new and elegant way to keep fit at Trainyard! We’re kicking off 2020 with the addition of Aerial Yoga to our group fitness schedule. If you’re a fan of yoga already and want to take your practice to new heights, don’t miss this one. While it may look like a difficult skill to master, Trainer Shirley will walk participants of all levels through in a fun and safe way.
Time: Every Friday starting from January 10, 15:00-16:00

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses and elements of dance, along with the use of a hammock. More challenging mat-based yoga postures may be easier to perform during aerial yoga classes, and the use of a hammock keeps classes interesting and full of variety. The hammock uses gravity to help you get a deeper stretch and decompress the body at the same time.
