Beginning next Wednesday, here's what you're in for.The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, is a specialised form of suspension training that utilises equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEALs. TRX use your own body-weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time.
