Ten Years Of Lantern

As time flies, Lantern has been with us for 10 years.

Back in 2009, Lantern was brought to life on the basement floor of 3.3. In the same year, the team launched INTRO electronic music festival. It was the peak of our old crew, Acupuncture Records.

It has been a long and rough journey. Lantern 3.3 only survived less than a year because a karaoke business took over the lease. After moving to the 2nd and current location next to the west gate of Workers Stadium, Lantern almost got shut down because of the shortage of investment and operation experience. The club was renovated almost twice per year, until now Lantern got reconstructed over ten times.
