From 23 to 28 July 2019, renowned chef Takayuki Oshima, Group Executive Chef from Nadaman will guest at Nadaman, China World Summit Wing, Beijing with a specially created set menu for dinner.
With more than 45 years of experience in the Japanese culinary scene, Chef Oshima has won numerous awards and recognition, such as ‘Full Technician Master’ by the Japanese Technical Association in 2013, ‘Excellent Technician – Tokyo Master’ by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2015 and the ‘Top Class Japanese Cooking Technician’ by the Japanese Government. His superb culinary skills have seen him prepare gourmet Japanese cuisine for the Japanese imperial family, notable country leaders and many celebrities.
On this visit to Beijing, Chef Oshima will present a special eight-course dinner menu featuring his signature creations, including Smoked Salmon with Japanese Special Radish and Vinegar Sauce, Salt-Grilled Kinki Rockfish, Sukiyaki Wagyu Beef, Crab Meat Scrambled Egg Rice among other dishes.
