The Cloud Gate Dance Theatre performs their repertoire of modern dance infused with ancient aesthetics at the NCPA. The 24 dancers that make up the company receive training in meditation, Qigong, calligraphy and internal martial arts, as well as modern dance and ballet, to create a performance that embraces both the traditional and contemporary. They have performed across the world, from the London Barbican to the Moscow Chekhov International Theatre Festival.
