This three-course menu begins with a choice of starter: either a salad of Caprese burrata mozzarella with heirloom tomato, fresh basil with a virgin olive oil and lemon juice dressing; or porcini mushroom soup with truffle oil, Parma ham and fresh thyme. For the main, choose between steamed mussels marinière in a white wine, thyme and cream broth with a side of French fries; or oven-roasted organic half chicken with roasted new potatoes with lemon and thyme, pancetta and peas and chicken jus.
