Sharing the dinner table with loved ones on Chinese New Year’s Eve is the most eagerly anticipated event of the year. On Monday 4 February, family guests can create treasured moments together and welcome new beginnings with a spectacular seven-course banquet at Huang Ting. Chinese Master Chef Simon Leung has reimagined timeless Spring Festival favourite dishes, which include signature ingredients such as Australian beef tenderloin, Mandarin fish which are paired with white wine, beer and other beverages. For guests preferring to dine in privacy, two curated 9-course family exclusive menus, Ji Xiang (fortune) and Ru Yi (well), are served in a luxurious private dining room with dedicated butler service at Huang Ting.
The Chinese New Year’s Eve Dinner is served at Huang Ting from 6:00pm on Monday 4 February 2019, priced at RMB688 per person at the main dining hall. The Ji Xiang and Ru Yi menus served in a private dining room are priced at RMB 888 and RMB1,388 per person.
