Share a sumptuous Easter Brunch with family and friends !. A themed seasonal buffet and a selection of hot appetizer and main courses are inspired by vibrant spring flavours. Expertly mixed Bloody Mary cocktails and chilled Champagne perfectly complement reimagined Easter classics, such as Roast lamb chop with heirloom vegetables, gnocchi and mint jus, and Seared duck breast with garden beetroot, spring onion and mushrooms. A tableside serving of buttered new potatoes, kale, broccoli and carrots enhances each meal. Family diners will be delighted by a brunch dessert buffet featuring an array of handcrafted Chocolate Eggs and hot cross buns, junior guests can join a traditional Easter Egg Hunt to search for painted eggs hidden around the courtyard.
The Easter Family Brunch is served at The Lobby on Sunday 1 April, from 11am to 3pm, priced at RMB 480 including free flow of wines and soft drinks, or RMB 580 including free flow of The Peninsula Champagne by Deutz.
