Welcome to the first Russian home food cooking class in Beijing. This is a family and child friendly bilingual event. Our Chef speaks English, Chinese and Russian languages. You will experience cooking our most significant, popular, found around-the-world, Russian dishes. These include Borshct soup, Mimosa layers salad and delicious dessert sirniki cheese pancakes. All at the cosy space of ‘The Hutong’ culinary school. The specialty of the class is home food. We’ll teach you to prepare and cook satisfying everyday dishes at a steady enjoyable pace.
