Past the pictures of sinewy trainers at the entrance, you’ll find a feature-packed gym and a three-lane, 25m pool. Don’t be put off by the lack of TVs; you’ll find there’s plenty of entertainment to be had with the classes, ranging from yoga and belly dancing to boxing and spinning. The crowded changing room leaves much to be desired, however, especially if you’re put off by mass nudity.
