Didn't have a great experience with them when we went to the Expat exhibition yesterday: my kids thought that they were offering their last two brownies up as all the exhibitors were packing up and we were on our way out, as well as their wraps- I asked the lady "Are you sure?" and she nodded her head so I told my kids they could have one brownie and I was looking at taking two of the wraps (we had been offered a few freebies by this point with 15 minutes before the exhibition finished). I realized there was a misunderstanding when she took out her Wechat payment device, and I checked for clarification- she said that the brownies were 20rmb each and the wraps were 45rmb, but they were offering the wraps BOGO free. I said "Oh no thanks then," but she persisted and said that my son had already touched the brownie and that I would have to pay for it. I was a bit peeved by this, but paid anyways (for the wraps that had been sitting there all day and the brownie which my son didn't even li

Note for future exhibits- please write down a price if you intend to charge for unpackaged goods/don't offer food out at the end of an event without a price and don't pack such a sad face during the exhibit (a lot of the staff seemed grumpy/unapproachable the first time we walked by so we didn't even get to check out their stall properly). I've been wanting to try them out, but I've heard from others that their customer service isn't great- it's unfortunate I've had to experience it firsthand before I even got to order from them.
