有饺子吗? Yǒu jiǎo zi mā? This means "Are there dumplings?" or "Do you have dumplings?" not "Can I have some dumplings?" In the last phrase, the pinyin for 不 should be fourth tone bù, not second tone bú, because the word following it has a first tone (chī), not another fourth tone.
