Service at the Xiangyang Lu location was terrible. There were three waiters who had that "deer in the headlight" look the whole time, totally lost on how to effectively serve a room full of customers. The cod soft tacos were pretty good but the side salad had not taste. The red velvet cake was disappointing - the cake was too dense and the cream uninspired. The guy sitting next to me ordered a bowl of chile and it took about 35 mins before he got it. I also waited 20 mins for the waiters to get a fapiao before I simply got tired of waiting and walked out. Never coming back again! Whoever the owners or managers are, learn to train your staff!
