That's Tianjin picks the best thing to do in the city each week. And this time around it's what should be an amazing performance by Shanghai-based singer Liu Ruiqi. Liu (AKA Richael) found fame through reality TV show The X Factor in 2013. Since then she’s been melting hearts with her sultry voice and guitar playing. Liu hits up Tianjin as part of her 2017 National Tour, where she’ll play a mix of classics and new songs.
