All Week Long: Zhou Haiyun’s Embroidery Exhibition
A tradition of Suzhou since the Song dynasty, many modern day embroiderers based in small towns near Taihu dedicate their lives to preserve this age-old craft. Suzhou born craftswoman Zhou Haiyun, who has more than 40 years of experience in this field and is known for her depiction of local sceneries with embroidery, will be showcasing her work at the Suzhou Museum.

April 11: Senoritas Night Out
It's senoritas night out every Wednesday at Hemingway! Ladies get a free welcome drink (fruity rum punch) from 9pm to midnight. Book a table before 7pm to receive a free pitcher of fruity rum for the whole squad. All night long, there will also be drink specials on a selction of drinks, including wine, beer and punch. There will be also salsa dancing to ensure it's a fun evening for all.

Apr 13: Lawrence Ku Trio
Renowned Chinese-American guitarist Lawrence Ku, who performs regularly alongside some of the biggest names in music including Karen Mok and Li Ronghao, will be performing in Suzhou for one night with famous Taiwanese bassist Michael Ning and drummer John Thomas. Expect plenty of chemistry as the trio rocks the stage with their instruments.

April 14: Workplace Wellbeing Summit

April 14: Spring Carnival at Eton House
Spring is here, which means it's time for Suzhou EtonHouse's carnival. Not only is this a fun day for the whole family, but the event is all about raising money for charity. The festivities will kick off at 10am with a Parade of Nations. There will also be food, drink and game stalls run by students and other vendors. Expect plenty of games and performances too.
