Authoritative Consensus: Leadership becomes the new goal of international education in the Greater Bay Area

In the quality-oriented education era, grades are no longer the only criteria for admission to elite schools, and the importance of internal quality is becoming more and more prominent. How can our next generation break through in the fierce competition with no standard answer? For this difficult problem faced by parents and educators today, this forum provides us with new ideas to solve the problem. In their speeches, Ms. Duan Ranqi, Vice President of Jingling, and Dr. He Maide, Chief Education Officer of AISL Education Group, took the lead in sharing the observations and predictions of the international education community on the future talent trends: whether being in K-12 schools’ first-class such as AISL Harrow, or when graduates entering prestigious schools or even becoming executives of famous enterprises, talents with outstanding leadership are often better at mutual learning, self-presentation, social networking and more remarkable success.

Ms. Jesaline Huang, senior partner of Page Executive China, confirmed that leadership is widely regarded as the core competence of senior executives in domestic and overseas companies. Whether it is in the Greater Bay Area or in the world in the future, this quality will help students to have a broader development prospect.
