Diving into an extraordinary culinary journey with a deep understanding of the Hyatt philosophy of food and beverage — “Thoughtfully sourced, carefully served” — Chef Martin, the Executive Assistant Manager of Culinary Operations of the hotel, guided his team of passionate cooks.
Sous chef Giulio, chef Terry and the rest of the professional team dedicated themselves to presenting guests with authentic, classic cuisines.
While adhering to the spirit of culinary mastery and constantly striving for excellence, they created a combination of Chinese and Western foods for an exquisite dinner that included traditional Italian snacks (Cicchetti), Milanese pork chops (Orecchia Di Elefante), a one-meter pizza, pasta and more.
Each dish not only maintained its unique taste but also innovated and added ingenious new flavors.
The party was successful and spectacular, surprises were to be expected and unanimously enjoyed by the rapturous guests, with all of the dishes receiving a flood of positive comments.
