Why did humans make fire? For a better life? No. For better food.

Taking familiar Chinese tastes and adding it to Italian cuisine, BURNMARK provides customers with delicious food that travels thousands of miles.

Few western restaurants in Shenzhen allow customers to dine for an average of RMB200 per head, but BURNMARK is one of them. BURNAMARK strives to achieve a balance between a sense of ceremony and a sense of life.

Before officially opening, there will be 'soft-opening' period lasting two months. The chef and the manager will communicate extensively with customers during this period to optimize the menu to their tastes. Once the menu is ready, it's time to start the fire.

Alfie is the head chef of Burnmark, a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, with experience working at one of the world's finest restaurants, NOMA. Aflie excels at cooking different sauces, which are to be found with almost every dish at BURNMARK, fresh and homemade.
