IHG Hotels and Resorts, one of the world’s largest hotel groups, signed a management agreement with Overseas Chinese Town Holdings Company (OCT Group) for the first Hotel Indigo property in Shenzhen on 7 January 2022. This marks another strategic step to expand the presence of this upscale lifestyle brand in China's Great Bay Area.
Each Hotel Indigo property is uniquely designed to reflect the culture, character and history of the hotel’s locality to ensure no two hotels are the same. Hotel Indigo Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town will be designed with the same philosophy in mind. A classic Venice theme is brought together with local neighbourhood culture to inspire curiosity and creativity, providing a unique choice for guests looking for personalised and a diversified experience on their journey.

The Hotel Indigo Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town is scheduled to welcome guests in December this year.
