Coming from nature and ingenuity, delicacy is always a touching topic. Whether it is rare and luxurious or simple, there is always a group of people who have never stopped searching for the chemistry and magic on taste buds. From April 15, Executive Chef Jack Zhou of Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan and his team have meticulously created a new buffet menu for Xili Kitchen. In addition to the classic dishes, there are also more than 50 new seasonal dishes with premium ingredients for an unparalleled dining experience


The skilled chefs have selected top-grade ingredients. Options include: beef ribeye, served with seasonal vegetables with housemade creamy black pepper sauce, Norweigan salmon drizzled with teriyaki sauce and mantis shrimp. There are also popular Chinese classic delicacies like sausage and clay pot rice.


In addition, from now until June 30, a feast of oysters in Chinese and Western style will be available at Xili Kitchen. The crispy fried oysters are golden and crispy outside and dense and delicate inside, for you to enjoy the taste of the ocean in just one bite. With fresh local chicken and sweet and plump oysters, the Cantonese-style classic local chicken oyster pot will be sure to leave your lips and teeth a fragrant and long-lasting reflection. There are also many desserts: the selected almonds are preferably boiled into crystal cubilose, creating a sweet and nourishing experience. Decorated with seasonal fruits and Belgian chocolate, the Oreo salty butter cake tastes complicated with crispy Oreo biscuits and fluffy chiffon cake.


In addition, a selection of red wine and white wines are available for free flow during dinner, as well as specialty juices and fine coffee and tea. Exquisite desserts including traditional cheesecake, homemade ice cream and seasonal fruits will also add more happiness to your dinner. Chinese traditional sweets such as Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo and popular molten lava cake will also be in your favorites list.
