For Lunar New Year of the Ox, Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan is presenting exquisite feasts, and invites you to celebrate the glee and joy with your beloved family. 

Hotel Executive Chef Mr. Jack Zhou has selected premium ingredients to craft traditional festive poon choi. With exclusive recipe and layers of rich and auspicious flavors, such as abalone and shrimp, sea cucumber, oysters, authentic pig feet and other dozens of ingredients gathered into a pot carrying the good wish of Pot Full Bowl Full. From January 27, 2021 to February 11, 2021, two kinds of Poon Choi are open for booking on and offline.

On New Year’s Eve, chefs at all-day dining restaurant, Xili Kitchen have carefully prepared fresh seafood galore and hundreds of festive themed cuisine, such as mini Poon Choi, hot pot, Dongshan mutton cuisine, fotiaoqiang, slow-brewed beef, steamed scallop, hand-made dumplings, as well as refined dozens of desserts symbolizing a sweet new year to come, just to name a few.

From now until February 28, hotel Pastry Chef Mr. Tony Zhao has created a special Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea with delicate presentation, which fuses Chinese elements into western desserts.
