There’s only four more days left of Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan’s ‘Pop Christmas’-themed afternoon tea at The Lounge, which includes a mulled wine gift box.
Mr. Liu Guipan, the Head Pastry Chef of Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan was inspired by Marriott Hotel’s ‘The Mind Menu.’ For this menu, he led the outstanding team to study Pop Art culture to create a unique and gorgeous Christmas afternoon tea set. In addition to pastries and special drinks, the Christmas afternoon tea also includes a mulled wine set as gift box for guests. Desserts include cheese parfait with fresh shrimp and squid ink, smoked salmon mousses with salmon roe, passion fruit rice spring roll with fresh kiwis, herbed chicken with dragon fruit toast and pink grapefruit mint white chocolate cake. Diners can also choose fine coffee or tea if they don’t feel like mulled wine.
