Where to Celebrate Halloween 2019 in Shenzhen

Get in the festive spirit folks, Halloween is just around the corner! So get your sh*t together, and hit up your local costume store for some fun costumes. With that, here is our guide for some fun Halloween-themed events happening around town.

Lost Realm

Last year, PandoraParties hosted one of the largest Halloween parties in Shenzhen, with over 500 guests attending over the two days! This year, they are doing it again for their annual Halloween celebration. The party will be held twice, with the first one on Saturday, October 26 and the second on Thursday, October 31.

Rooftop Massacre

Rooftop Massacre is for full-fledged Halloween goers! This party is located on a hauntingly beautiful rooftop, right next to Hongling North Station. For those who put in extra effort, you’ll have a chance to win free drinks and prizes! If you arrive between 8-9pm, you’ll automatically get an extra free drink (sweet!). The playlist will consist of the latest chart music, floor fillers and head banging classics to keep you on the dance floor all night long.

Zip Improv Comedy Halloween Show

October is Halloween season and what better way to celebrate than by laughing and screaming with Zippers at their Halloween show! To note, the show is in English and is definitely not appropriate for children. Kiss them goodnight and then head to the show.

Halloween Party

Join Terrace from October 26-31 for free face painting, music, drinks and prizes for best costume! This is a full-out affair so come dressed to impress!

Sexy Halloween Pole Dance Performance

To begin the night there will be a free bachata class, which is a sensual style of dance from the Dominican Republic. Around 9.30pm, Cherry from Austin Dance Studio will give a performance, followed by a party and drinks. Add WeChat ID: adrianchik for tickets.

Budx Freakout: Halloween Warehouse Rave

Where all your nightmares become a reality! This epic halloween warehouse rave is back for it’s fifth frightening year. Ravers, party people and anyone with a heartbeat, step right up to the evil circus. A packed lineup of DJs and rappers await: Herobust, Svdden Death, K?D, ATLiens and Fat Nick. There will also be evil circus-themed games, monsters and more. So go get your party crew together and pick out your costumes because Halloweekend is approaching. Boos Booze & Brews

A good ol’ Halloween pub crawl, where you’ll hit Woodpecker, Brass, Trafalgar and Vicha. But the fun doesn’t stop there! There will be an afterparty at Barbershop on Thursday, October 31 and Still on Saturday, November 2 with DJ Tayta and A.Black DJ spinning tunes all night long. Halloween Party for Kids


Bring your kids dressed in their spookiest (or cutest) Halloween costume to the Nanshan International Cultural Exchange and Service Center on Friday, November 1 for a free family-friendly Halloween party! Pumpkin carving starts at 5pm, followed by trick-or-treating at 6.30pm around Sea World. Children of all ages are welcome, if you’d like to carve pumpkins, be sure to RSVP using the QR Code on the poster in the event listing. See you there!

Happy Halloween at Vicha

Vicha invites all to celebrate Halloween with them on November 1! There will be a lottery draw, but only for – you guessed it – the guests in costume. Prizes range from free mixed drinks to full bottles of Jack Daniels to hookah sessions. The draw starts at 11pm so don’t miss the chance show your creativity and win a sweet prize!
