If you live in a big city in China (and seriously who doesn’t?), there’s nothing worse than enduring the long lines, massive crowds and frequent delays at the airport. That’s especially true during the holidays.

In March, the Airports Council International released its preliminary world airport traffic report and, surprise, surprise, four Chinese cities ranked in the top 15 busiest airports in the world.

Beijing Capital International Airport came in as the second busiest airport in the world handling a whopping 100,983,290 passengers in 2018. (Good thing the capital is all set to open its massive new Daxing International Airport in September.)
