To celebrate the ending of 2018 Macau Year of Gastronomy, Galaxy Macau has put together a tantalizing offer for visitors from around the world. Over 100 dishes prepared with five unique ingredients are available till February 3, with special dishes available for this limited time in Galaxy Macau’s various eateries.
The gastronomy extravaganza will showcase five specially selected ingredients: Xinhui mandarin peel, Vietnamese prawn, snowy mountain lamb, Australian rock lobster and free-range yellow-hair chicken. The aged mandarin peel is featured in mouthwatering dishes like roast duck with aged mandarin peel at Festiva and steamed abalone with aged mandarin peel at Fook Lam Moon. Delicately crafted specialty beverages are also featured until Chinese New Year, including the mandarin Macallan cocktail at the Macallan Whiskey Bar & Lounge.
The creative chefs at Galaxy Macau mix it up with fresh Australian rock lobster and tender free-range yellow-hair chicken, with fantastic dishes incorporating these great ingredients in over 11 restaurants. Try out the slow-simmered Australian Rock Lobster in white miso sauce at Yamazato or the braised yellow-feather chicken and abalone and pickles at Lugang Café.
Another special treat for Galaxy Macau visitors is the Broadway Macau’s hot pot street, which showcases a wide range of tasty hot pot flavors from all over China as well as Japan. With 60 delicious, savory hot pot and clay pot selections, hot pot street offers a range of wonderful, warming foods like braised lamb brisket casserole at Lei Ka Choi, Wagyu beef hot pot in spicy miso fish broth at Chi Sasa Japanese Cuisine and Fong Seng Lai Kei’s assorted seafood and suckling pig hot pot. This promotional event will run until the end of February.
