Muji, the brand known for its unbranded household goods, is about to unveil its biggest product yet: a hotel.

First announced last year, the Muji Hotel will launch in Futian District on January 18, bringing fans a whole new take on the minimalist aesthetic they know and love.

The hotel has 79 bedrooms, each furnished, of course, with Muji products. From toothbrushes to beds, all items will be available for purchase in a store inside the same building.

Traditional Chinese pillars and walls will be installed in the courtyards and inside the hotel, adding a local touch, according to Architectural Digest.

There'll also be a Muji Diner, thankfully not serving the packaged instant foods available in most stores. Instead, it's more likely to resemble Shanghai's flagship Muji restaurant, where diners pay an average RMB100 for a variety of internationally-inspired dishes.

The Muji-themed hotel experience also boasts a gym and a free-to-access 24-hour library.

Want to check it out for yourself? Rooms cost RMB950-2,500 a night; book through the official site here.

Travelers can also look forward to the March 20 opening of another Muji hotel in Beijing, followed by a third in Tokyo next spring.
