This past week, blizzards struck six provinces in central China. Gansu province's weather bureau released an alert this morning warning drivers of iced-over roads.

Meanwhile in Guangdong...

But we have good news. Slightly colder weather is heading for Shenzhen and Guangzhou early next week.

After continuing highs of 16-19 degrees Celsius today and tomorrow, here is next week's forecast courtesy of Accuweather.

And Guangzhou:

It may not be the snow you were hoping for, but Guangdong will at least (temporarily) enter sweater weather.

Time to break out the scarves!
