They say good things come in small packages. So do things that reek enough to clear out an entire subway carriage. One apparent mother-daughter couple demonstrated this Tuesday, a little after 7am in Shenzhen.

Sitting in a Longhua Line car, the two opened a breakfast bag that stank 'more than eggs,' a Mr. Sun described to the Guandong branch of Tencent News, which referred to the bagged food as 'a secret weapon.'

By the time the two left the train, the entire carriage was reportedly empty. Now we know why Shenzhen has a RMB500 fine for eating in paid areas.

"Just looking at her you can tell she studies in Hong Kong and lives in Shenzhen," one netizen remarked about the school uniform wearing girl. "In Hong Kong, this kind of this will get a fine of HKD2,000, but in Shenzhen no one does anything."
