Yesterday morning at 8.33am, a Weibo user named 余大巍 posted a 3 and a half minute video that's since been shared over 4100 times. Reportedly taking place on Annan Lu, in the city of Zhongshan, on July 28, it shows a vengeful driver purposefully crashing into another car, repeatedly.
The video begins innocently enough when a man accidentally rear-ends the car in front of him after it changes lanes too quickly.
But things escalate quickly. The driver of the rear-ended car, a white Volkswagen with a Guangdong license plate, springs out of his vehicle in a rage. He jumps onto the hood of the car behind him and then disappears from view. Thumping sounds and enraged shouts are heard off to the side.
Then the Volkswagen owner retreats and gets back into his ride. As he drives forward slightly, it seems like he's ready to led things slide – until he turns back around and crashes into the front of the car that rear-ended him. Six times.

Police arriving on the scene afterwards found that the drivers, Mr. Zhao and Mr. Peng, came from Sichuan and Anhui, respectively. Both are businessmen. While Mr. Zhao was responsible for the majority of the damage with his bumper car antics, Mr. Peng wasn't exactly innocent either, yelling mockingly and at one point attempting to hit Zhao's car with what appeared to be a baseball bat.
The aftermath
According to the most recent update from Chinese news, the damages to Mr. Peng's car add up to more than RMB19,000. Mr. Zhao has already been fined RMB200 for driving the wrong way on the road, and has also been detained for disorderly behavior. More punishments are likely to be dealt out, as the case is still being investigated by authorities.
