The most adorable Mexican restaurant in town, Tequila Coyote’s Mexican Food & Grill has renewed its menu, bringing more authentic Mexican dishes while keeping the classics. Perhaps most excitingly, it's added a grill section for steak lovers, in service from 5-11pm.
We're loving the funky new design elements and (for people who live or work nearby) the RMB88 set lunch menu on weekdays. The set includes a main dish, daily soup or salad, dessert and a drink. Ah, we almost forgot to shout out to the spicy food enthusiasts: Coyote's has six spicy sauces, including a super hot one that'll leave any but the most hardcore chili lover in tears. You have been warned.
Sitting in the center of Sea World, Tequila Coyote’s Mexican Food & Grill is famous for the two 't's: tacos and tequila. We highly recommend the 'tacos de guisado,' a combo of three varieties: poblano pepper, shredded beef, and chorizo and beef. Pair that with the refreshing frozen margaritas that come with plenty of tequila kick.
For something a little more unusual, the traditional ceviche freshens the palate with a combination of vegetables and fish. Another notable dish: ensalada de pera, a pear salad with Jamaican vinaigrette.
