In the build up to Euro 2016, ThatsMags.com will be profiling Euro 2016 PRD Fans and their thoughts on the upcoming tournament in France. James O’Dowd, the organizer of the Guangzhou International Football League (GZIFL), lives in Guangzhou but originally hails from Birmingham, England.

England, Group B
Opponents: Russia, Wales, Slovakia
Odds: 8/1

Greatest moment ever?
David Platt's injury-time winner for England versus Belgium at Italia 1990 or watching Michael Laudrup for Denmark in 1986.

Greatest moment in Euros?
Beating Holland 4-1 at Wembley in 1996.

Worst moment ever?
Any England penalty shoot out... too many losses to choose from!

Worst moment in Euros?
Another penalty shoot-out loss! Gareth Southgate missing his penalty at Euro 1996 against Germany in the semi-final.

Where you and your countrymen (and women) will be watching it in PRD?
English guys will be at Rebel Rebel of course!

Song(s) the fans sing?
‘Football's Coming Home,' 'World in motion,' and the theme to The Dam Busters when we play Germany!

Biggest rivals?
Everyone. We are England and everyone hates us…

Star Man?
Jamie Vardy.

One to watch?
Deli Ali.

Bad Boy?
Jamie Vardy again!

Boy Blunder?
Hart (in goal) or any Manchester United player (ask Matt Horn about Phil Neville, Beckham and Rooney all making big blunders in major tournaments!).

Heart Throb?
The girls like Oliver Giroud (France) but I don't see the attraction.

So what are your chances?
I think the tournament is very open and there are no clear favorites, but I would say France as hosts and Germany as World Champions will be strong – with England and Belgium as outside bets.
