May 27: Maksim Mrvica Piano Recital (pictured above)

Born in Croatia in 1975, Maksim Mrvica started studying the piano when he was 9 and gave his first concert three years later. By using electro-acoustic devices, Mrvica brings new life to classical pieces. With nine albums, he’s one of the most famous pianists in his home country.

May 30: Jump

Jump tells the hilarious story of a family of marital artists in Seoul. When thieves break in, they must defend their home with their combined fighting skills. Actors have no lines and rely on their taekwondo, acrobatic and dance movements to portray the narrative.

May 30: This Will Destroy You

This Will Destroy You writes instrumental post-rock music. They hail from San Marcos, Texas, and have played all over the world including a sold out China tour in 2013.  Now, they will return to perform tracks off their new album, Another Language.

May 31: Egil Olsen

Norwegian singer-songwriter Egil Olsen composes humorous, naively honest songs. With his simple, sincere style and clean, beautiful voice, he’ll create a mellow evening – unless he turns into a werewolf, as in his music video.

May 31 - June 1: International Royal Circus Global Tour

Featuring exciting classic performances from five nations’ royal circuses, the International Royal Circus Global Tour employs a huge amount of professional performers. Expect a wonderful evening of thrilling and fabulous feats. Acts include horses, lions and magic shows, plus plenty of goofy clowns.

June 1: Mika

The curly-haired stud who told us to ‘Love Today’ and ‘Relax, Take it Easy’ is finally making his debut on the mainland. Lebanese-British singer-songwriter Mika Penniman is the musical mastermind behind Grammy-nominated Mika, whose upbeat melodies are often compared to the intensity and range of Freddie Mercury, Prince or the Scissor Sisters.
