"Great Flux," as a collaborative project between 1979 Gallery and ShanghART Gallery for this Art Week, presents the role played by artists' works in the rapid development of Chinese society over the past 40 years. These works serve as warm archives, documenting our past postures and appearances. Through long-term collaboration, the galleries and artists actively participate in the construction of the art ecology, playing a crucial role for the cooperating artists and collector community. Over the past two decades, ShanghART Gallery has grown with over 50 represented artists, becoming one of China's most representative gallery brands, continuously innovating and exploring within the ever-changing ecosystem.
